The "ugly duckling" PS3 is quite a system mart and is preferred by more high end electronics stores to display HD content than any other player. The only dealer in the US (Bjorn's) which has a *10.2 circle surround system with complete EQ control displays his PS3 in the store entrance with the PS3 displaying NBA '07 on a 70" XBR3 (still don't know how they get the power light to light up in the crystal bezel). That's the $33,000USD XBR3 guys, with triluminous technology. I d...

..well you know the rest.... J/K
Interesting move by MS if this becomes reality. Big & black seems to go well in the high-end elctronics dept's. these days. Hmmm..I wonder if they'll ever install Blu-ray like SNE's PS3? =]

If you've got KillZone I and you've already finished on normal and easy, put in the profile name "Shooterman" and watch what happens. Also if you ever get the PS3, put the old KZ game in and turn the dfficulty to HARD. Got to the PArk and play a DM with you against 14 bots. It's hours of mindless fun and damn good practice with the weapons - the AI's not too bad either. You can even go like 2 on 10 DM to see how good you really are.

Question for anyone that knows....

It's good to see these jacka$$es went to work and got 'er done instead of whining the ENTIRE way. After talking it up about how slow the load time was gonna be for the PS3 Blu-ray Drive and how hard coding was for the game, I thought I was going to have to put these people to bed with freakin' warm milk and cookies. Boo-Hoo....well looks like ya did good. See how far a little determination goes? Thanks Bethesda. Now pass it on! =]

I loved this game when it first came out and hate that I ever traded it back in after beating it. It was one of those games, where you nearly knew what the outcome was everytime after the play through, but just couldn't quite pull your eyes away from the screen or help telling someone else across the room to, "look" whenever massive violence against some a**hole was to take place. MH 2? cool. Just wish it was on PS3.

"if you dont know, now you Know..." This is the same thing that has been happening and will continue to happen with this game. The people that don't play nor pay attention to KZ don't realize how much of an underground sleeper this game really is. Do you think it's become a cult phenomenon on accident?
Think about it: if you haven't played a game, you're not interested in it, or just heard about how "horrible" it is through word of mouth, you don't know -Jack- a...

I'm leaning a li'l toward scottie2521. I don't think it's being snobby. It's just after playing wii sports or Zelda for a while something slaps you that says "Hey, I'm playing GameCube". I'm not trying to be an a$$. I'm just saying yeah the wii can be fun, but for the hardcore in all of us, it just ain't gonna cut it. Great for the kids and non-gamers though I strongly agree.

like to hear man. This is the year that combat aviation (nex-gen style) should have us damn near throwing up in the lounger. I really hope Cellius can pull off some kick a$$ action in the The Unsung War: Behind Enemy Lines for the PS3 (just guessing.lol) mix in more realistic ground support, night and a/w missions and you've got a mixture for air combat bliss and combat fighter prOn. Like you said we'll see. THought I'd throw in another pic of my mug while on the beach instead of being un...

Yeah dude I was thinking the same thing when I saw the photo.lol Actually that was the first time anyone's called me fat, but I guess the baggy clothes can be a little deceiving. As far as the mass murder comment - hmmm... obviously jenzo you're just being sterotypical in you're thoughts and pre-disposition and no one's gonna change your mind I'm certainly not gonna try. But all I can say is that anyone who is wrongfully executed, (God be with you) because 99% of the people executed in thi...

There are more games in the collection that I didn't have in that set of photos including Alpha3. I must say that I am a traditional old schooler, but LOVE 3rd strike and just plain 'ol SF II (turbo or non) on equal footing. There's a huge soft spot in my heart for Marvel vs. Capcom II and Rival Schools just rocks the house - (Nex-gen model plz)!

Sorry to scare ya with my mug, but didn't think anyone would believe the Polaroid was authentic. People always say I'm like a cham...

You make some very good points when it comes to your own experiences between the 360 and the PS3. Post #12 really drives home the idea i think. I've been telling my comrades on this site that from a graphical standpoint the PS3 games look absolutely spectacular - alot of people yell gaqmeplay, and yes it's a huge factor for me, but graphics are what makes me tick. Even Genji (which I think is a very ambitious game and can't wait for 2) looks stunning in parts for a game that got slaughtere...

from MS. I guess it's better than asking "why aren't you people buying a 360 dammit?!?" I'd like to see a follow up site that detailed the biggest gripes and how MS responds to the results from this campaign.

on a global level coupled with the fact that Blu-ray seems to repeating history with SNE the way DVD's did back in 2000, the PS3 seems to have a bright future in it's path. The games will be there and we all know the fans are there too. PS2 owners and not-so SNE die-hards are just waiting for a minor price drop in the 60gig models (it's what's worth having). Hell, everytime I visit a house party or visa-versa people are very impressed by what they see and what the PS3 can do. All of them ...

they did it with DVD's. Now it's Blu-ray's turn. It's a long way to the top if ya wanna rock & roll.

I happen to have a good friend who is an ex-USRanger and now sells ads for the yellow pages here in TX. You would never guess in a million years that this guy is a HARD-core gamer. I dunno, somebody's whispering in SNE's ear about the target market, but honestly (and I'm not saying it's great or w/e) SNE's always catered and been associated with more of the "Posh" crowd. My girlfriend recently returned from Portugal. She went on to tell me how many people around the pool and the...

and they seem to maintan a high level of: Fresh. Can't remember the actor's name, but the voice over makes it sound so serious and kick ass. Nice.

Someone from SNE better wake up and take up SplitFish, Hori, or even Dragon on one of these damn things. Just spare us the lame "passing on the savings to the consumer" and "motion sensing controllers are nex-gen, not rumble" arguments. We want it all. Just do it dammit!
